What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave their comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and user browser proxy chain to help detect spam.

An anonymous string created from your email address (also called hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Gravatar service privacy policy available here: After approving your comment, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.


If you upload pictures to the website, you should avoid uploading the photos with the included location data (EXIF GPS). Site visitors can download and extract any site data from images on the website.
